Managing beliefs and behavior for positive change
Sometimes, we may not know whether we “need” counseling or if we should just “suck it up” or “get over it.” We can feel stuck, anxious, and unsure if things will get better in time. I offer collaborative, scientifically studied techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and counseling to help you think and feel better.
CBT-Informed Counseling
I believe that being truly heard is the essential starting point for any meaningful change. I am always happy to listen, providing a non-judgmental space to explore your worldview and the challenges you face.
Building on this foundation, my approach is CBT-informed. Together, we move beyond “just talking” to develop a shared understanding of your experiences. By turning our insights into a practical toolkit, we create evidence-based strategies that help you navigate life with more clarity and confidence.

Professional Status & Services
I am a Registered Psychologist (PH) and hold the EuroPsy Certificate (EFPA), a European standard of education and professional training in psychology. I also hold an M.Sc. in Psychological Therapies from the University of Edinburgh.
Currently, I am in the process of acquiring the German Heilpraktikererlaubnis. In accordance with local regulations, my services in Germany are focused on Psychological Counseling and Consulting. This work centers on resource-building, life-crisis support, and practical skill-building rather than the clinical treatment of mental disorders.
